We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers. All payment-related information is handled directly by Cashfree as per their security standards.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Once a payment is successfully completed, it is non-refundable.
- In case of duplicate payment or technical failure, users may contact us within 48 hours with valid transaction details for review.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
5. Failed Transactions
If an amount is debited from your account but the transaction status shows failed or pending, the amount is usually auto-reversed by the bank/payment provider within 3–7 working days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment networks.
6. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and correct information while making a payment.
- Any incorrect details entered by the user will be the user’s sole responsibility.
